One host country.
One global conversation.
27
IN 2027, BRAZIL WILL WELCOME THE BEST PLAYERS FROM EACH NATIONAL TEAM ONTO THE FIELD.
BEYOND THE FIELD,
WE WANT THE BEST WOMEN WRITERS FROM EVERY NATION.THE WORLD IS COMING TO BRAZIL.
In 2027, women from around the world will meet in Brazil on one of the greatest stages in sport.
The World Produces invites that same world to meet in another arena: literature, culture, thought and power.
Beyond competition, we propose a global conversation capable of crossing borders, languages and generations.
FEMINICIDE OF POWER
What happens when women reach the field, but remain distant from the places where decisions are made?
Feminicide of Power proposes a reflection on the forces, behaviors and cultural structures that restrict, erase or interrupt women’s participation in spaces of leadership, authority, recognition and decision-making.
Through literature, women from different nations will be invited to observe their societies, question what has been normalized and transform experience into thought.
THE MATCHES WILL LAST 90 MINUTES.
THE IDEAS CAN LAST GENERATIONS.
THE MAP IS STILL BEING WRITTEN.
Thirty-two national teams will come together in Brazil in 2027.
As qualification continues around the world, new nations will join this international stage.
The World Produces will follow this journey as the global map takes shape.
YOUR COUNTRY HAS A VOICE.
WE WANT TO READ IT.
Women writers from participating nations will be invited to turn observation, experience, research, memory and imagination into literature.
Different countries.
Different histories.
Different realities.
THE INTERNATIONAL CALL IS BEING PREPARED.
The official launch will present participation criteria, literary categories, timeline, submission procedures and the complete international competition guidelines.
Follow The World Produces as the participating nations and international network continue to take shape.
BUILDING CONNECTIONS ACROSS BORDERS.
The World Produces is developing an international network connecting cultural and educational institutions, universities, diplomatic representations, publishers, women’s organizations and partners interested in expanding this global conversation.
