FEMINICIDE
OF POWER.
The competition invites participants to examine cultural, social and institutional processes that restrict, silence or interrupt women’s presence in spaces of leadership, authority, recognition and decision-making.
Works may develop, question, reinterpret or expand the proposed concept, provided that they demonstrate intellectual consistency and a clear relationship with the theme.

Works submitted for international evaluation must be presented in English, according to the technical specifications of the competition.
Applications will be completed exclusively through the official online platform.
Participation is subject to the application fee and payment conditions established in the complete Official Rules.
Artificial intelligence tools may be used as support for research, organization, translation, revision, textual development and creative processes. Responsibility for the submitted work remains with the author.

The evaluation process separates minimum intellectual consistency from comparative literary and intellectual merit.
SCREENING
APT / NOT APTEliminatory verification of minimum intellectual consistency, including coherence, argumentation, sources, factual information and statistical claims when applicable.
EVALUATION
0–100 POINTSQualified works proceed to comparative evaluation according to the literary, intellectual and thematic criteria established in the complete regulations.

PER SELECTED AUTHOR
Based on up to two selected authors from each participating nation.
The International Participation Package is intended to support the selected author’s participation in the event in Brazil and may include international transportation, accommodation, meals, local transportation, travel insurance and other participation-related expenses.
The amount represents a participation package of up to US$ 10,000 per selected author. It is not a cash prize. Its availability is subject to sponsorship, institutional support or other funding secured for the selected author or nation, as established in the complete Official Rules.

Selected authors must hold the travel documentation required to enter Brazil.
Visa and immigration requirements depend on nationality and the rules in force at the time of travel.
Participants under 18 must have the required authorization from a parent or legal guardian and comply with applicable travel requirements.
When applicable, the organization may provide official participation documents and institutional information necessary to support the selected author’s travel arrangements.
